Advanced Complex Undercutting

• MV Forged incorporates Scallop Undercutting across all designs, significantly reducing overall weight and unsprung mass. This process involves carefully sculpting the sides of each spoke to form an “I-Beam” cross-section, maximizing strength while minimizing weight.

Hub Pocketing

• All MV Forged wheels feature standardized Through-Hub Pockets between the lug holes, which improve heat dissipation and further reduce unsprung hub weight. These designs are offered in five unique build configurations, each highlighting newly refined details. Every wheel set is individually engraved with a serial number, load rating, and full specifications.
