The Vossen HF-4T (right) in Tinted Gloss Black features a true-directional, twisted-spoke design with a deep, glass-like tint that emphasizes every edge and contour. Utilizing Vossen’s Hybrid Forged construction with a flow-formed barrel, it cuts unsprung weight and enhances rigidity for sharper response and reliable daily performance. Available in multiple diameters, widths, and concave profiles with custom drilling and offset options, it can be dialed in for an exact, vehicle-specific fitment. Pair with the matching HF-4T (left) to maintain proper directional orientation on both sides of the vehicle.

The Flow Forming Process

• Flow forming starts with a cast wheel mounted on a heated mandrel while hydraulic rollers apply precisely controlled pressure along the barrel. As the barrel is gradually drawn out to its final width, the aluminum’s grain structure is compressed and refined, resulting in a lighter, stronger barrel with performance very close to that of a fully forged wheel.
