The Vossen HF-4T (right) in Tinted Gloss Black features a true-directional, twisted-spoke design with a deep, reflective tint that emphasizes every edge and detail. Constructed using Vossen’s Hybrid Forged process and equipped with a flow-formed barrel, it cuts unsprung weight and boosts rigidity for sharper feedback and reliable daily performance. Available in multiple diameters, widths, and concave profiles, along with custom drilling and offset options, it can be precisely tailored to a specific vehicle’s fitment. Pair it with the matching HF-4T (left) to maintain proper directional orientation on both sides of the vehicle.

The Flow Forming Process

• Flow forming starts with a cast wheel mounted on a heated mandrel while hydraulic rollers move along the barrel applying precisely regulated pressure. As the barrel is gradually drawn out to its final width, the aluminum’s grain structure is compressed and refined, resulting in a lighter, stronger barrel with performance characteristics that come very close to those of a fully forged wheel.
