The Vossen HF-4T (right) in Tinted Gloss Black features a true-directional, twisted-spoke silhouette with a deep, mirror-like tint that accentuates every cut and contour. Constructed using Vossen’s Hybrid Forged process and complemented by a flow-formed barrel, it reduces unsprung weight and increases rigidity for sharper response and reliable daily performance. Available in a variety of diameters, widths, and concave profiles along with custom drilling and offset options, it can be precisely configured for an exact, vehicle-specific fitment. Pair it with the HF-4T (left) to maintain proper directional alignment on both sides of the vehicle.

The Flow Forming Process

• Flow forming starts with a cast wheel clamped onto a heated mandrel while hydraulic rollers apply precisely controlled pressure along the barrel. As the barrel is gradually drawn out to its final width, the aluminum’s grain structure is compressed and refined, resulting in a lighter, stronger barrel with performance characteristics that closely approach those of a fully forged wheel.
