The Vossen Hybrid Forged HF-4T (left) in Tinted Gloss Black features a true-directional, twisted-spoke face with a deep tinted gloss that accentuates every cut and recess, delivering a motion-ready look even at a standstill. Built using Vossen’s Hybrid Forged construction and a flow-formed barrel, it trims unsprung weight and boosts rigidity for quicker steering response and reliable daily performance. Available in a range of diameters, widths, concave profiles, and custom-machined offsets and bolt patterns, it can be tailored for an exact stance and fitment. Pair it with the matching right-side HF-4T to maintain the directional effect on both sides.

The Flow Forming Process

• Flow forming begins with a cast wheel fixed to a heated mandrel while hydraulic rollers apply tightly controlled pressure along the barrel. As the barrel is slowly stretched to its final width, the aluminum’s grain structure is compacted and refined, resulting in a lighter, stronger barrel whose performance comes very close to that of a fully forged wheel.
