The Vossen HF-4T (right) in Tinted Gloss Black showcases a true-directional, twisted-spoke profile finished in a deep, reflective tint that highlights every cut and contour. Built using Vossen’s Hybrid Forged construction with a flow-formed barrel, it cuts unsprung weight and increases rigidity for sharper response and everyday durability. Offered in a variety of diameters, widths, and concave profiles plus custom drilling and offsets,  it can be tailored for an exact, vehicle-specific fitment. Pair with the HF-4T (left) to maintain the directional look across both sides.

The Flow Forming Process

• Flow forming starts with a cast wheel mounted on a heated mandrel while hydraulic rollers apply precisely regulated pressure along the barrel. As the barrel is steadily drawn out to its final width, the aluminum’s grain structure is compressed and refined, resulting in a lighter, stronger barrel with performance characteristics that closely rival those of a fully forged wheel.
