The Vossen Hybrid Forged HF-4T (left) in Tinted Gloss Black features a true-directional, twisted-spoke face with a deep tinted gloss that highlights every cut and recess, giving it a dynamic look even when parked. Built through Vossen’s Hybrid Forged process and finished with a flow-formed barrel, it lowers unsprung weight and increases rigidity for quicker steering response and dependable daily use. Available in a wide range of diameters, widths, concave profiles, and custom-machined bolt patterns and offsets, it can be tailored for an exact fit and stance. Pair it with the matching right-side HF-4T to maintain the directional design on both sides of the vehicle.

The Flow Forming Process

• Flow forming starts with a cast wheel firmly mounted on a heated mandrel while hydraulic rollers travel along the barrel, applying precisely controlled pressure. As the barrel is gradually stretched out to its final width, the aluminum’s grain structure is compressed and refined, producing a lighter, stronger barrel with performance characteristics that come very close to those of a fully forged wheel.
