The Vossen HF-4T (right) in Tinted Gloss Black features a true-directional, twisted-spoke profile with a deep, reflective tint that accentuates every cut and recess. Built using Vossen’s Hybrid Forged process and finished with a flow-formed barrel, it reduces unsprung weight and increases rigidity for sharper turn-in and reliable daily use. Available in a range of diameters, widths, and concave profiles and customizable through specific drilling and offsets, it allows for an exact, vehicle-specific stance. Pair with the HF-4T (left) to maintain a consistent directional look on both sides.

The Flow Forming Process

• Flow forming starts with a cast wheel fixed to a heated mandrel as hydraulic rollers apply precisely regulated pressure along the barrel. During the gradual stretching to its final width, the aluminum’s grain structure is compacted and refined, creating a lighter, stronger barrel with performance nearing that of a fully forged wheel.
