The Flow Forming Process

• Flow forming starts with mounting a cast wheel onto a heated, rotating drum, where hydraulic rollers apply steady, uniform pressure along the barrel. This advanced process produces a lightweight, high-performance wheel barrel with characteristics comparable to a fully forged wheel.
