• Step 1 | Designing / Engineering:

Each design is engineered to accommodate brake clearances and undergoes Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tailored to the specific vehicle, ensuring optimal performance and structural reliability.
• Step 2 | Lathe:
  • In the lathe process, aluminum blanks are secured onto a high-speed lathe, where a cutting tool removes material to sculpt the wheel’s shape. Precision during this stage is essential, as it determines the wheel’s balance, accuracy, and overall stability. The final product features exact dimensions, consistent thickness, and a polished finish.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
  • CNC milling uses sophisticated algorithms to shape the wheel blank according to detailed design specifications. • Step 4 | Engraving:
