• After finalizing the model and concept, ZACOE Performance acquires an OEM car and performs a detailed 3D scanning process to create a precise digital model. Utilizing a specialized scanner, the exact dimensions and contours of the car’s exterior are captured, laying the groundwork for the design process. Precision is critical, as ZACOE integrates advanced mechanisms and bolt-on fitment, with each scan requiring over 40 hours to complete.

Digital Design & Testing

• Once the digital model is ready, ZACOE Performance designers collaborate in brainstorming sessions, developing initial concepts through hand-drawn sketches. These sketches are then refined in computer-aided design (CAD) software, where the team brings their boldest ideas to life. The draft design undergoes basic aerodynamic testing with advanced software, ensuring exceptional sophistication, quality, and innovation.

Prototyping

• With the design and testing complete, ZACOE crafts a physical prototype of the kit using ABS material. Components are fabricated using specialized tools like 3D printers and CNC machines, then assembled and tested on the vehicle to confirm proper fitment and performance.

Mold-making

• Following successful prototype testing and adjustments, ZACOE Performance produces molds for the carbon fiber kit. The prototype serves as a template for creating molds, a process that blends skilled craftsmanship with specialized machinery. The result is a lightweight, sleek carbon fiber kit that enhances both the vehicle’s aesthetics and performance.
