3D Scanning

• Upon completing the model and concept, ZACOE Performance acquires an OEM car and subjects it to 3D scanning to generate an exact digital model. This process employs a specialized scanner to capture the car’s precise shape and dimensions. The resulting digital model forms the foundation for the design process. ZACOE Performance consistently integrates sophisticated inner mechanisms and bolt-on fitment, making precision in this stage critical. The 3D scanning process typically takes over 40 hours for each car.

Digital Design & Testing

• After obtaining the digitally scanned model, ZACOE Performance designers hold brainstorming sessions and begin creating hand-drawn sketches to outline initial concepts. These sketches are then transferred into computer-aided design (CAD) software, where the designers develop their bold ideas in a digital format. Once the draft design is complete, ZACOE Performance performs basic aerodynamic testing using various software tools. Prototyping
