Rohana Forged

• Step 1 | Designing & Engineering:
  • The design phase is crucial in crafting a forged wheel, laying the groundwork for all manufacturing processes. • Step 2 | Lathe:
  • In the lathe process, cylindrical aluminum blanks are mounted on high-speed lathe machines where precision cutting tools shape them into the desired wheel form. This step ensures accurate dimensions, consistent thickness, and a polished finish, which are vital for the wheel’s stability and performance.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
