Each wheel is expertly crafted in a state-of-the-art facility using aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and grade 8 fasteners. The Rohana Process

• Step 1 | Designing / Engineering:
  • The design process is critical to creating a forged wheel, laying the groundwork for every stage of manufacturing. This phase involves meticulous attention to ensure the wheel is visually striking, structurally sound, and functionally precise. Designs are tailored to each vehicle’s specifications, accommodating brake clearances and undergoing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to guarantee peak performance and safety.
• Step 2 | Lathe:
  • During the lathe process, cylindrical aluminum blanks are spun rapidly on a lathe machine, where precision cutting tools remove excess material to form the desired wheel shape. This process ensures accurate dimensions, consistent thickness, and a polished finish, all of which contribute to the wheel’s stability and performance.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
  • CNC milling employs advanced computerized technology to shape the wheel blank according to intricate design specifications. This highly precise method enables the creation of complex geometries and detailed patterns. The result is a wheel with flawless dimensions and a smooth surface, ready for finishing.
• Step 4 | Engraving:
