Rohana Forged

• Step 1 | Designing & Engineering:
  • The design phase serves as the cornerstone of forged wheel production, ensuring the final product is both visually stunning and structurally sound. Tailored to specific brake clearances, each design undergoes Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to optimize safety and performance.
• Step 2 | Lathe:
  • During lathe operations, pre-formed aluminum blanks are mounted on a high-speed lathe, where cutting tools precisely shape the wheel. This process ensures accurate dimensions, consistent thickness, and a polished finish, crucial for stability and precision.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
  • CNC milling employs advanced computerized technology to refine the wheel blank based on detailed design specifications. This precise process enables the creation of intricate geometries and complex details, resulting in a flawless wheel ready for finishing.
• Step 4 | Engraving:
  • Engraving adds the final personalized touch in Rohana’s forged wheel production. Using specialized tools, logos or decorative patterns are etched onto the wheel surface, creating a bespoke design that distinguishes each wheel.
• Step 5 | Finishing:

• Step 6 | Assembly & Quality Control:
