Each wheel is meticulously crafted in a state-of-the-art facility using top-quality materials, including aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and grade 8 fasteners. Rohana Forged

• Step 1 | Designing & Engineering:
  • The design phase is a crucial step in creating forged wheels, forming the foundation for all subsequent manufacturing processes. This stage involves detailed attention to ensure the wheel is visually appealing, functional, and secure. Each design is tailored to accommodate specific brake clearances and undergoes Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
• Step 2 | Lathe:
  • During the lathe operation, pre-formed aluminum wheel blanks are mounted on a lathe machine and spun at high speed. A cutting tool precisely removes material to shape the wheel design. This process ensures accurate dimensions, uniform thickness, and a polished finish, critical for the wheel’s stability and precision.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
  • CNC milling uses advanced computerized programs to shape the wheel blank according to detailed design specifications. This highly precise process effortlessly creates intricate geometries and complex details. The resulting wheel has exact dimensions and a smooth surface, ready for finishing.
• Step 4 | Engraving:

• Step 6 | Assembly & Quality Control:
