Every Rohana wheel is custom-crafted in a state-of-the-art facility, utilizing premium materials such as aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and grade 8 fasteners. The Rohana Process

• Step 1 | Designing / Engineering:
  • The design phase is a foundational step in crafting forged wheels, serving as the blueprint for all subsequent manufacturing stages. This stage involves meticulous attention to every detail to ensure the final product is visually appealing, functional, and secure. Each design is carefully engineered to accommodate brake clearances and undergoes Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tailored to the specific vehicle.
• Step 2 | Lathe:
  • During the lathe operation, cylindrical aluminum blanks are secured to a lathe machine and rapidly spun. A cutting tool precisely trims material from the blanks, shaping them into the intended wheel design. This process ensures the wheel achieves exact dimensions, uniform thickness, and a polished finish, which are crucial for its precision and stability.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
  • The CNC milling stage uses advanced computerized programs to shape the wheel blank with exceptional precision. Following detailed design specifications, this method effortlessly creates complex geometries and intricate details. The result is a wheel with exact dimensions and a smooth surface, ready for additional finishing processes.
• Step 4 | Engraving:
  • The engraving step is the final customization phase in the production of Rohana’s forged wheels. Specialized tools etch decorative patterns or logos onto the wheel’s surface, adding a distinctive and personalized touch that sets each wheel apart.
• Step 5 | Finishing:
  • After engraving, sandblasting removes residual debris, and the wheel undergoes powder coating followed by a clear coat application. This process protects the wheel from corrosion and environmental elements while enhancing its durability and aesthetic appeal.
• Step 6 | Assembly & Quality Control:
  • In the assembly phase, components such as the face, inner barrel, and outer barrel are precisely joined to create a unified, finished wheel. Once assembled, the wheel is subjected to rigorous testing to ensure it meets required standards and specifications.
