Rohana Forged

• Step 1 | Designing / Engineering:
  • The design phase is a fundamental step in creating a forged wheel, establishing the foundation for all subsequent manufacturing processes. This phase involves careful attention to numerous factors to ensure the wheel is visually striking, functionally effective, and structurally sound. Designs are engineered to accommodate brake clearances and undergo Finite Element Analysis (FEA) specific to the vehicle.
• Step 2 | Lathe:
  • During the lathe operation, cylindrical aluminum wheel blanks are mounted onto a lathe machine and spun at high speeds. A cutting tool precisely removes material to sculpt the blanks into the intended wheel design. The accuracy of this step is crucial to achieving exact dimensions and ensuring the wheel’s stability, resulting in a product with uniform thickness and a polished finish.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
  • The CNC milling process utilizes advanced computerized algorithms to shape the wheel blank according to precise design specifications. This method allows for the creation of complex geometries with exceptional accuracy. The final product from CNC milling is a wheel with refined dimensions and a smooth surface, ready for additional finishing processes.
• Step 4 | Engraving:

• Step 5 | Finishing:
  • After engraving, any remaining debris is removed through sandblasting, and the wheel is powder-coated and finished with a clear coat. This step enhances the wheel’s resistance to corrosion and environmental elements while improving its overall aesthetic appeal and durability.
• Step 6 | Assembly & Quality Control:
  • In the assembly phase, the individual components of the wheel, such as the face, inner barrel, and outer barrel, are precisely joined together to form a complete product. The assembled wheel undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets strict quality and performance standards.
