Spoke-Lite™ Undercutting

• The Aero+™ Wheel designs have all been enhanced with the exclusive Spoke-Lite™ Register, contributing to weight savings of approximately 10% and revealing the carbon fiber through the register. Scallop Undercutting has efficiently reduced the overall weight and unsprung mass of each wheel in their manufacturing line. This technique involves a precise scalloping of the spokes’ sides, creating an “I-Beam” cross-section along their length, thus optimizing the strength-to-weight ratio.

Hub Pocketing

• Each design within the collection consistently integrates Through-Hub Pockets positioned between lug holes, enabling effective heat dissipation and a reduction in unsprung mass/weight at the wheel hub. The collection introduces five distinct build configurations, each introducing its unique and newly developed characteristics. Every set undergoes meticulous marking with a serial number, load rating, and comprehensive specifications.
