Advanced Complex Undercutting

• MV Forged has now incorporated Scallop Undercutting into all of its designs, leading to a significant reduction in the overall weight and unsprung mass of each wheel produced. This technique involves the scalloping of the sides of the spokes, creating an “I-Beam” cross-section along their length, thereby optimizing the strength-to-weight ratio.

Hub Pocketing

• The brand has standardized each design through the inclusion of Through-Hub Pockets positioned between the lug holes. These pockets enhance heat dissipation efficiency and further reduce the unsprung mass/weight on the wheel hub. MV Forged offers these designs in five unique build configurations, each highlighting and customizing newly developed details. Additionally, each set is meticulously engraved with a distinctive serial number, load rating, and specifications.
