• MV Forged employs the undercutting technique in their wheel design process, a pivotal method for significantly reducing the overall weight and unsprung mass. This reduction is achieved by carefully sculpting the sides of the spokes into an “I-Beam” cross-section, effectively optimizing the strength-to-weight ratio.

Hub Pocketing

• Hub Pocketing remains a consistent feature in MV Forged’s wheel designs, with strategically placed Hub Pockets between lug holes. These pockets play a crucial role in enhancing heat dissipation and reducing the unsprung mass/weight at the wheel hub. MV Forged offers these designs in five distinctive build configurations, each showcasing unique and innovative features. Furthermore, each wheel set is individually marked with a unique serial number, load rating, and detailed specifications, underscoring its individuality and quality.

2-Piece Caps

• All MV Forged Wheels come equipped with a standard 2-Piece cap. The available cap options provide opportunities to add accent colors to the wheels with a wide variety of colored logos. Additionally, there is an option to upgrade to carbon fiber cap alternatives, allowing you to choose between 2×2 carbon or forged carbon finishes in either gloss or satin variations.
