Aston Martin is commonly described as the “ultimate driver’s car” due to its powerful engine and attractive, luxurious design, particularly in the case of the Vantage model. However, users may not fully experience the capabilities of the Vantage engine if they continue to use the factory-installed exhaust system. By installing the Capristo Valved exhaust package, the performance that was previously limited by the original exhaust can be unlocked, resulting in an approximate increase of 15 horsepower.

Seamless Integration

• The integration of the Capristo valves into the engine’s electronic control unit (ECU) is seamless, allowing them to operate just like the original exhaust system. The ECU is responsible for controlling the opening and closing of the valves, ensuring that they work in line with the vehicle manufacturer’s intentions. Moreover, the design of the Capristo valve system is specifically engineered to fit the OEM vacuum pipes, guaranteeing a direct and proper functioning installation.

Valve Dynamics

• The widely acclaimed Capristo Valved Exhaust System offers a harmonious blend of a commanding exhaust sound during acceleration and a more subdued tone that is well-suited for urban driving. When the vehicle is operating at lower speeds or during cruising, the valves remain closed, resulting in a deeper and more resonant exhaust note. However, when the driver engages the full throttle, the valves open, enabling the engine to unleash its maximum power and producing an enthralling symphony.

German Engineering

• Capristo Exhaust systems undergo a rigorous process of engineering and production, utilizing advanced technologies such as 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Design, Digital prototyping, and CNC-bending/milling at their factory in Germany. These systems are meticulously crafted from high-grade T309 (1.4828) Stainless Steel and undergo hand-polishing to achieve a striking mirror finish. The selection of this specific alloy followed extensive research to ensure that it possesses exceptional sonic resonance properties, a lightweight makeup, and remarkable durability, resembling the qualities of Inconel, a material frequently used in Formula 1.
