• The GTC Series airfoils are crafted from composite materials that combine carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) to achieve a robust yet lightweight structure. To ensure exceptional durability, the airfoils incorporate pre-impregnated woven carbon fibers. The manufacturing process employs sophisticated techniques, such as pre-impregnated composite production, high-temperature autoclaving, vacuum bagging, and the use of top-quality aluminum billet molds, all aimed at delivering superior performance and precision.

  • The stability and durability of the GTC Series airfoils are enhanced by incorporating carbon fiber composites onto 10mm 6061 billet aluminum pedestals. These pedestals undergo a matte black powder coating process to provide additional protection and ensure a secure attachment for the carbon fiber airfoil while keeping it lightweight and sturdy. This design results in exceptional performance.
