Technical Features

• The GTC Series airfoils are constructed from a composite material that incorporates carbon fiber polymer (CFRP) to achieve a lightweight and durable design. The strength of these airfoils is achieved through the precise weaving of carbon fibers that are pre-soaked, resulting in exceptional durability without any additional weight. To achieve optimal performance and meet specific requirements, advanced production techniques such as vacuum bagging, high-temperature autoclaving, and precise aluminum billet molds are used.
• The exceptional combination of durability and lightweight design of the GTC Series airfoils is widely acknowledged, providing reliable performance without compromising on weight. By utilizing carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials, pre-soaked carbon fibers, and expert craftsmanship, an exceptional balance between strength and weight is achieved. Advanced composite techniques such as pre-impregnation, high-temperature autoclave procedures, and vacuum bagging are employed during production, along with premium aluminum billet molds, to produce outstanding results.
  • To enhance their durability and prolong their lifespan, the GTC Series airfoils are fitted with 10mm 6061 billet aluminum bases that provide increased sturdiness. These bases are coated with a matte black powder finish that provides protection against potential damages. In addition, strong and lightweight carbon fiber composites are used to securely attach the carbon fiber airfoil.
