Crafted with composite construction reinforced with carbon fiber polymer (CFRP), the GTC Series airfoils are engineered to be lightweight and durable. Their strength is derived from the intricate weaving of pre-soaked carbon fibers, which contribute remarkable durability without adding additional weight. To achieve maximum performance levels, advanced techniques like vacuum bagging, high-temperature autoclaving, and aluminum billet molds are used with great precision to meet exact specifications during production.
The GTC Series airfoils are renowned for their unique combination of durability and lightweight design, offering reliable performance without compromising on weight. Carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials are used to strike this balance, with expert craftsmanship and pre-soaked carbon fibers resulting in an unmatched blend of strength and lightness. Advanced composites processes such as pre-impregnation, high-temperature autoclave procedures, and vacuum bagging techniques using top-quality aluminum billet molds are utilized during production to achieve these exceptional results.
- To improve durability and prolong usage, the GTC Series airfoils are equipped with 10mm 6061 billet aluminum bases. These pedestals are coated with a matte black powder finish to protect against damage. Additionally, carbon fiber composites, which are both strong and lightweight, are used to securely attach the carbon fiber airfoil.

Its wing families are developed with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and APR publishes the CFD data for its GTC and GT ranges so buyers can compare downforce and drag before choosing a setting. Parts are laid up in pre-preg carbon fiber, cured in an autoclave, finished in a UV-resistant clear coat and covered by a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less.
