At the same time, advanced pre–impregnated composites production techniques, vacuum bagging and high-temperature autoclaving processes combined with top-quality aluminum billet molds create these meticulously crafted airfoils that offer the best possible performance levels.
• The GTC Series airfoils are widely recognized for their remarkable combination of strength and lightweight attributes, which can be attributed to their construction from carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials. These airfoils are meticulously woven with carbon fibers that have been pre-soaked, creating a distinctive blend of durability and weightlessness. Their production involves advanced pre-impregnated composites techniques, high-temperature autoclave procedures, vacuum bagging methods, and top-quality aluminum billet molds.
  • To enhance their durability and longevity, the GTC Series airfoils are reinforced with 10mm 6061 billet aluminum pedestals. These pedestals are coated with a protective matte black powder and are designed with robust yet lightweight carbon fiber composites to ensure that the carbon fiber airfoil is securely fastened.
