Which cars does this adjustable wing for ZB Dodge Viper fit?

This adjustable wing for ZB Dodge Viper fits the ZB I convertible, 2003-2006, and the ZB II convertible, 2008-2010. The page lists the convertible only, so confirm your model with us before ordering.

Why is there no 2007 Viper?

Dodge stopped Viper production for the 2007 model year while it prepared the 2008 updates, which is why the ZB I covers 2003-2006 and the ZB II starts in 2008.

Does it fit the Viper coupe?

The page lists the ZB I and ZB II convertible only and does not list the coupe. Confirm with us before ordering if you have a coupe.

What is the wing made from, and how big is it?

Carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) airfoils with pre-soaked woven carbon fibers, made by pre-impregnated composite production in a high temperature autoclave with vacuum bagging and aluminum billet molds. The GTC-500 has a 71-inch span and a 3D airfoil shape, on 10mm 6061 billet aluminum pedestals with a flat black powder coat.

How much downforce does it make?

The 3D airfoil is designed to balance downforce and drag, and its effectiveness was verified with Computational Fluid Dynamics analysis. On APR's chart it rates four bars of downforce against two of drag.

What is the PPF film option, and how long does delivery take?

PPF film is an optional extra for an additional $200, chosen at checkout. The wing is made to order or special order from the manufacturer, so we confirm the estimated lead time after you order. Talk to us first if you have a specific deadline.

Technical Features

The GTC Series wings have been designed with a 3D airfoil shape that is aerodynamic in nature, aiming to achieve an optimal balance between downforce and drag. This design was verified through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analyses which confirmed its effectiveness at maximizing downforce while minimizing resistance.
The GTC Series airfoils are crafted from carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials, offering the benefit of being both lightweight and sturdy. These airfoils consist of pre-soaked woven carbon fibers that give extraordinary strength while staying light in weight. The fabrication process involves a high temperature autoclave, vacuum bagging combined with premium aluminum billet molds to manufacture these airfoils using pre-impregnated composite production techniques.
- The GTC Series airfoils have 10mm 6061 billet aluminum pedestals with a flat black powder coat finish for additional strength and stability. Crafted from lightweight yet resilient carbon fiber composites, this aircraft-grade support guarantees that your carbon fiber airfoil is firmly secured in place.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
