The Aragosta Type–E series of dampers are designed to provide a smooth ride for cruising or energetic driving in the street. Featuring several components from their Type–S and SS versions, such as WPC treated inverted struts with low friction, adjustable rana springs that can be adjusted according to height preferences , high quality synthetic damper fluid along with innovative low friction seals; they also come equipped 12 step rebound knobs (vary between vehicle types) at base along with pillowball upper mounts (available on some camber adjustable parts).

• This cylinder has been forged from ultra–lightweight, high pressure aluminum and uses a cutting edge film treatment alongside Kashima coating. Molybdenum is used to create an extraordinary lubrication of the part itself; meaning that remarkable friction reduction and long term durability have been achieved when compared with conventionally hard alumite coating while still granting exceptional qualities such as linearity, silky smoothness and traction ability.

High-Precision Machining with the Highest Priority on Performance

• The processing accuracy the Aragosta cylinder achieves is remarkable, with a surface roughness of 0.2 micron and 2/10000 mm for aluminum and steel cylinders respectively. Furthermore, advanced honing treatments are performed to ensure accurate roundness within the cylinder‘s interior walls according to specific measurements which is rare amongst damper manufacturers in general.

• Aragosta‘s amazing performance is made possible by the damper pistons and needles that are designed in a way to provide efficient damping from very low speeds, as well providing comfort or sportiness.
