BRIDE LR Super Seat Rail

BRIDE utilizes precise measurements of actual cars to create master seat rails with high strength and precision. The frames of full–scale cars, whose shapes vary, are measured by hand to create the master rails before mass production tools and techniques are applied.

It is feasible to design rails using a computer, however, instead of inputting measurements, the parts are accurately created in fine detail, like the size of each bolt hole, by manually taking measurements. This prevents extra gaps in bolt holes and increases the fit of the frame to the seat rail and the seat to the seat rail to the highest extent possible. Nine models are made for reclining seats and ten models are produced for full bucket seats, depending on the model and various applications, ensuring an optimal seat position for more than 800 car models.

Utilizes Sliders Made By Faurecia Exclusively For BRIDE

• BRIDE utilizes Faurecia (France), one of the biggest mechanical parts makers on the planet, to provide parts exclusively for BRIDE‘s vital super seat rail sliders
• The sliders have been designed to be highly durable and secure, featuring 2.0mm thick upper rails and 2.3mm thick lower rails that lock on both the left and right sides without rattling. They have a 10 mm pitch and a slide amount of 220 mm.

In order to maintain and improve product quality to pass safety benchmarks and strict FIA strength tests, BRIDE conducts thorough management of its manufacturing process.
