BRIDE utilizes precision measurements from actual cars to craft its super seat rails, which provide superior strength and accuracy. The company takes into account each vehicle‘s unique frame shape by hand–measuring them before creating a master rail for mass production purposes; this way, BRIDE is able to use specialized manufacturing methods in order to produce the seat rails en masse.

A computer can be used to design rails, however instead of relying on the machine‘s measurements which have ranges that need providing, they carefully craft each part with precise detail. This includes things such as drilling bolt holes at an exact size and eliminating any gaps between them for maximum frame–to–seat rail fitment along with seat–to–seat rail assembly accuracy. Nine models are created specifically for reclining seats while ten others are designed solely for full bucket seats based on vehicle model or use in different applications; this is how more than 800 car models get their optimal seating position achieved.

Utilizes Sliders Made By Faurecia Exclusively For BRIDE

• BRIDE has chosen Faurecia (France), one of the world‘s most respected mechanical parts producers, as its exclusive supplier for sliders – an essential part of their BRIDE Super Seat Rail
• The sliders have upper and lower rails measuring 2.0mm and 2.3mm thick respectively, locking on both the left–hand side as well as the right–hand side to provide a secure fit without rattling noise; at 10 mm pitch with slide amount of 220 mm these are known for their exceptional strength and durability.

• The ASEA–approved super seat rail has passed the stringent standards of its parent organization, ASEA. This industry group is made up of motorsports companies, along with manufacturers and retailers dealing in related tuning parts from Japan.

• Also, BRIDE’s seats are the first seats produced in Japan to be licensed by FIA, and they provide 9 models which can be used in international races. In order to maintain and improve product quality to pass safety benchmarks and strict FIA strength tests, BRIDE conducts thorough management of its manufacturing process.
