SOUL Performance Muffler Bypass Exhaust for Lamborghini Gallardo / SE / Superleggera (pre-facelift)

SOUL Performance Products’ Lamborghini Gallardo Muffler Bypass Exhaust is a cost-effective muffler delete designed to go straight from the catalytic converter sections to the rear bumper outlets for the lightest design and loudest, full V10 sound experience. Built to fit all first-gen Gallardo 5.0L V10 models including SE and Superleggera (2004-2008) and engineered to drop over 50 lb versus the factory system, it uses Accuseals to keep the stylish flared tips perfectly centered in the outlets for an OEM-plus finish. Each set is fabricated in-house at SOUL’s Willow Grove, PA facility from .060″ wall, 2.5″ diameter T304L stainless steel with laser-cut brackets, then built and tested in a thick-gauge aluminum fixture to prevent warping and ensure consistent bolt-on fitment. Manual transmission cars should expect no issues, while E-Gear models may experience a check engine light due to valve removal and the reduction in expected backpressure, and the system is backed by SOUL’s lifetime warranty for street and track use.

Development

• SOUL aimed to create an affordable muffler replacement option that connects directly from the catalyst sections to the bumper outlets, offering a lightweight design and an exhilarating exhaust note. This design is compatible with all first-generation Gallardo models. Accuseals were integrated into the design to ensure seamless fitting of the elegantly flared piping ends within the bumper outlets.

Construction

• Each set is crafted in-house by SOUL’s skilled fabrication team using T304L stainless steel tubing with a diameter of 2.5 inches and a wall thickness of 0.060 inches. The fabrication process includes the use of laser-cut brackets to ensure precise fitment and exceptional durability. Each exhaust system is then rigorously tested using a robust aluminum fixture that prevents any warping and guarantees impeccable fitment.
