SOUL Performance Exhaust System with Street Catalysts for 992.1 Porsche 911 Turbo & S (non GPF / OPF)

SOUL Performance Products’ Porsche 992 Turbo Performance Exhaust System with Street High-Flow Catalytic Converters is a non-valved, true 3-inch, single-flow-path setup built to unlock more sound, response, and overall flow while keeping the tone smooth and Porsche-correct. A bespoke 3-inch catted section replaces the factory 2.75-inch limitation, then feeds an elongated cast 3-inch X-pipe that preserves diameter through the merge for stronger flow characteristics and a cleaner, higher-pitched note. To keep the system aggressive but street-capable, SOUL integrates two resonators and Helmholtz anti-drone tubes targeting the 2,000-2,400 rpm range, plus includes dedicated brackets that let the factory valve actuators “cycle” properly to prevent limp mode or warning lights. Each system is fabricated in-house from mandrel-bent .065-inch T304L stainless steel with back-purged TIG welds and precision water-jet cut flanges, backed by SOUL’s lifetime warranty for street and track use

Construction

• Each exhaust system is meticulously crafted in SOUL’s USA-based facility using mandrel bent, thick wall 0.065″ T304L stainless steel. The assembly process includes back purged TIG welding with ARCAL Prime argon gas, ensuring excellent weld penetration and long-lasting durability. Water jet cut flanges, manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 standards, exhibit extreme precision with tolerances of +/- 0.003 inches. To maintain perfect fitment, SOUL employs thick gauge aluminum fixtures that act as effective heat sinks during the welding process, preventing warping of both the components and the fixtures themselves.

HJS HD 200-Cell Catalysts

• These catalytic converters are renowned for their exceptional quality, offering unparalleled flow and durability. They meet the stringent EURO 4 emission standards while allowing for improved flow performance. The HD design incorporates premium triple foil winding, ensuring optimal strength and longevity. Additionally, the inclusion of a brazing stripe enhances durability by preventing core movement and protecting against damage caused by sustained high horsepower applications.

Power

• Demonstrating SOUL’s commitment to supporting high-performance builds, World Motorsports took on the challenge of validating the performance enhancements. They combined the Competition Performance Exhaust System with upgraded headers, CSF intercoolers, upgraded Pure Turbos, and an M-Engineering ECU tune. Using 91 octane fuel, the Mustang dyno test revealed remarkable peak power gains of 206whp and 83ft-lbs of torque, accompanied by substantial increases across the entire RPM range.
