SOUL Performance Exhaust System for the Porsche 987.1 Boxster and Cayman transforms the car’s character by replacing the restrictive factory secondary cats, small-diameter tubing, and heavy mufflers with a free-flowing T304L stainless setup tuned for maximum flat-six emotion and minimal drone. Designed to fit all 2005–2008 987.1 models, the system uses mandrel-bent piping and robust, fortified mufflers to unleash a sharper, more urgent exhaust note under throttle while remaining very civilized around town, even when paired with aftermarket headers. Chrome Dual Wall tips in a rich Black Chrome finish give the rear end an upscale, OEM-plus look that fills the valance without appearing overdone, while the complete assembly sheds roughly 15lb compared to the stock components. Each system is built and TIG welded in-house, rigorously fixture-checked for fitment, foam packed with new hardware and clear install instructions, and backed by SOUL Performance’s renowned Lifetime Warranty for confident use on both street and track.

Construction

Every system is meticulously crafted from mandrel bent T304L stainless steel tubing, ensuring superior quality and durability. The mufflers are specially designed with reinforced casings to enhance their strength and longevity. It is common for aftermarket Boxster / Cayman exhaust hangers and supports to be susceptible to cracking and failure. However, SOUL has addressed this issue by incorporating fortified brackets into their system, preventing any damage during extended street use and track days.
To further customize your exhaust, you can choose from a wide range of 321 stainless exhaust tips, each available in various styles and finishes. Additionally, titanium single wall tips are offered as an option, providing a weight reduction of nearly one pound compared to their stainless steel counterparts. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do.
