The Endless Racing MONO6R Rear Performance Brake System is an ultra–lightweight brake system designed to provide superior stopping power and precision in high performance racing vehicles. This system is designed to minimize wheel and tire wear while delivering maximum braking force with minimal distortion and noise. The MONO6R utilizes a pair of 10.5“ staggered discs that offer superior cooling and performance, paired with lightweight aluminum billet 6–piston calipers. The calipers offer an impeccably smooth and consistent response, due to their high–precision design for optimal pad stability and a perfect fit. The MONO6R provides superior levels of control, stopping power, and performance, making it the perfect choice for any serious racing enthusiast. Endless has developed a highly lightweight and strong Racing MONO 6r Monoblock caliper for the rear wheels, which has been produced under pressure from thousands of tons of force. Following the idea being generated four years earlier and first prototyping after that, many changes and tests were performed over the course of a year to raise the caliper to a sufficient level where it could sustain the competitions. Forged Monobloc Caliper Body

• Endless‘s “never–ending challenge“ has resulted in a state–of–the–art monobloc caliper. Through intense pressure of several thousand tons, the caliper was forged and molded over four years, eventually producing a prototype. This prototype was tested in races and altered according to its performance, leading to a lightweight and durable design. Advanced techniques were employed to successfully complete the arduous piston cylinder processing. To ensure its quality and durability, the caliper was finished using ultra–hard anodized aluminum.

“E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect

• The impressive E–Slit Rotor is characterized by both a long slit that follows wavy curves and an E slit above it. It is kept in an ideal condition by the double shadow effect of the long slit, which softly shapes the brake pad, and of the E slit, which delivers a strong braking force, further boosting the braking effectiveness. When the long slit on the rotor‘s facade disappears and the letter E increases in prominence, it is an indication that the rotor needs to be changed. It is recommended to replace your brake rotor at least every two years, even if it appears to be in good condition, as aging deterioration such as rust and corrosion can lead to damage.

Ultra-Hard Alumite Caliper Body

• Our monoblock series utilizes an ultra–hard alumite for its caliper body, and its rotor bell housing is covered with an incredibly strong ram coat. This safeguard allows the alumite to maintain its color under high temperature conditions while on a racing track.

Hard Anodized Finish

• The finish used on the track is hard anodizing which is usually preferred in this kind of environment. When the raw aluminum is exposed to oxygen, it creates a hard film that defends the material from damage. This process is known as oxidation, which is very much like rusting. Anodizing enhances this natural reaction and produces an incredibly durable protective coat of aluminum oxide. This process provides greater abrasion resistance than what can be achieved from paint or powder coating.

E-Slit

• This E–Slit rotor utilizes a narrow, curved slit along with four mini E–Slits to create a smooth shave with the brake pad. The friction they provide helps to keep the pad in the best condition. It is crafted from a exclusive Endless carbon blend that helps to guard against heat cracks, while taking full advantage of the brake pad capability. Special Heat Treatment Process

• Due to excessive and extended use of the rotor, heat cracks can develop on its surface due to heating up and compression. To counter this, heat treatment is applied to certain components within the rotor to tempers them, ultimately decreasing the amount of heat cracks. This method has been effective as the rotor‘s service life has been extended, thus being able to function for extended periods without worries.

Blue Rotor Hat Finish

• To both prolong the life of the bell cap and increase its aesthetic appeal, it has been painted blue.

About Bedding

• In order to attain the best possible performance from a pad designed to handle high temperatures, it must go through the process of ‘bedding‘. This necessitates preheating the pads prior to their intense use, which enables them to reach their prime working situation.
• To compete successfully in the premier level of motorsport racing such as SUPER GT, WRC, and several European occasions, racecar drivers need the best standards of bedding.
• It is essential to properly break in semi–metallic brake pads in order to ensure effective performance at high temperatures and extend the life of the pads and rotors.
• How to Bed:
  • When using a car equipped with a new product, elevate the rotor temperature to a level between 400–500°C and be mindful to not brake harshly. Then, add atari, and the process is complete once the temperature has decreased to 100°C or less.
