Endless Racing MONO6 / Inch–Up Front & Rear Performance Brake System is an advanced performance brake package designed specifically for high–performance cars. This system combines three technologies: 6–piston monoblock calipers, MONO6 pads, and Inch–Up technology. This combination provides performance, style, and safety. The 6–piston calipers provide improved stopping power, while the MONO6 pads ensure improved thermal capacity. The Inch–Up technology provides faster and improved brake response, maximizes heat dissipation, and ensures greater stopping power. This system gives your vehicle improved braking performance and responsiveness, better heat extraction from the pads and calipers, increased safety and control when braking, and an improved overall braking experience. The monobloc calipers were molded and forged through several thousand tons of pressure and were subject to a one–year long prototyping period afterwards. After its completion, it was put through many test races, its specs being tweaked over the course of a four year period in order to make the body sufficiently light and durable for racing. Advanced, specialized technology was utilized to successfully process the highly difficult piston cylinder. The state–of–the–art anodized aluminum body was crafted by Endless to create a finished product of superior quality; continuously meeting their “never–ending challenge.”

Forged Monobloc Caliper Body

• Endless has created a state–of–the–art technology through which monobloc calipers are produced with tremendous pressure over a span of four years and the prototype was completed after a year. It underwent several tests on the racing track and its specifications were constantly modified to have a lightweight yet sturdy body. Its complex piston cylinder was produced efficiently with advanced techniques and the ultimate construction was done with ultra–strong anodized aluminum. The fabulous product is an outcome of Endless‘s “never–ending challenge“ to achieve the highest quality of forging.

“E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect

• The impressive E–Slit Rotor incorporates a long slit creating delicate curves and an E slit situated above it. Together, they generate a double shading effect that keeps the pad in top condition by gently sculpting it and delivering exceptional braking force. As the long slit on the rotor surface begins to fade and the letter E rises, it is a sign that a replacement is due. It is suggested to replace the brake rotor at least once every two years even during its continual use, as rust and corrosion can cause damage due to aging.

Ultra-Hard Alumite Caliper Body

• The caliper body of our monoblock series is fashioned out of incredibly tough alumite, whilst a sturdy ram coat is used for the rotor bell housing, meaning that wearing and discoloration of the alumite is delayed even in high temperature conditions when driving on a circuit.

Hard Anodized Finish

• Anodizing is a process that gives aluminum a hard protective coating which is why it is preferred for track environments. It takes advantage of the oxidation that happens naturally to aluminum when exposed to oxygen, which is similar to rust. Through the anodizing process, a very durable layer of aluminum oxide is produced. This results in a surface that is uniform and more resistant to damage than paint or powder coating.

E-Slit

• This E–Slit rotor is designed for the best shaving results, with both the narrow curved slit and four smaller E–Slits working together cohesively. The rotor itself is made of a carbon blend, a technology exclusively by Endless, which maintains consistent mu–levels and limits heat cracks, giving you the strongest possible performance from your brake pads. Everything, from the shape of the slits to the materials used for the rotor, were carefully thought–out, making sure you get the most performance out of your rotor.

Special Heat Treatment Process

• The extended and intensive operation of the rotor can cause heat build up and shrinkage, resulting in heat cracks. To discourage this, certain sections in the rotor are given a thermal treatment to stabilize them and reduce the number of heat cracks during extensive use. This strategy has affected the rotor‘s lifespan, enabling it to be used for a longer duration without worry.

Blue Rotor Hat Finish

• The bell cap has been painted blue both to safeguard it against rust and to bring in a decorative element.

Inch-Up Kit

About Bedding

• In order to get the best performance out of a pad which is built to handle intense heat, it is necessary to go through a ‘bedding‘ procedure. This requires the pads to be preheated first before any rigorous employment is executed, allowing the pads to get to their best functioning state.
• Competitors competing at the top tier of motorsport events, such as SUPER GT, WRC, and various big races in Europe, all need exceptionally high–quality bedding.
• In order to keep temperatures sufficient and preserve the pads and rotors for as long as possible, it is critical that the semi–metallic brake pads are properly “bedded“ prior to use.
• How to Bed:
  • When using a vehicle that has been outfitted with a new product, bring the rotor temperature up to between 400–500°C, making sure not to brake hard. After adding atari, when the temperature falls below 100°C, the process is complete.
