The JCR Titanium Valved Superlight Race Exhaust System for the 997 and 991 Porsche 911 GT3, GT3 RS, GT3 RS 4.0, GT3 Touring, and R is engineered to deliver maximum performance with versatile sound control. Constructed entirely from lightweight titanium, this system features an integrated valve mechanism that allows drivers to switch between a subdued, refined tone for street use and an unrestricted, aggressive exhaust note for track driving. Its optimized 70 mm tubing and precision merge design improve exhaust scavenging, enhance throttle response, and provide measurable gains in horsepower and torque, all while significantly reducing rear-end weight compared to the factory setup. Designed as a direct-fit upgrade, it seamlessly integrates with the OEM mounting points and exhaust tips for a factory-plus installation.

The JCR Titanium Superlight Valved Race Exhaust System offers the best of both worlds, delivering an unfiltered race-inspired sound with the valves open and a quieter, more refined tone with the valves closed. It is the ideal solution for enthusiasts who enjoy an aggressive exhaust note but wish to retain the factory Porsche exhaust button functionality inside the cabin. The valved and silenced design allows drivers to reduce sound levels dramatically, both inside and outside the vehicle, at the flick of a switch.

The Design

Through extensive testing and development, JCR has refined multiple aspects of the exhaust system’s design to precisely tune and enhance the tone and pitch of the Titanium Silenced Race Exhaust System. The 70mm pipework reduces back pressure while preserving low-end torque, merging at a key point to create a scavenging effect and target unwanted drone frequencies before exiting through a twin 70mm setup to a factory-style 3-bolt flange. This allows the use of OEM tips or any aftermarket tips compatible with the same flange style. The system also incorporates a lightweight fixing that utilizes the OEM center bracket to support the exhaust from the rear of the center flange, preventing additional load on the header flange. A small rubber mount is used to isolate unwanted vibrations from the cabin.

Performance Increase

Every component in the JCR Titanium Exhaust range is designed to deliver gains in horsepower and torque, with results varying based on the specific combination of parts. When paired with OEM headers, the Titanium Superlight Valved Race Exhaust System has demonstrated peak gains of 10-15 bhp and 10-12 ft-lbs of torque in testing, with no loss of low-end torque compared to the OEM header-back system. Performance is on par with the non-silenced Superlight Race Exhaust System, with only a minimal weight increase due to the integration of valves and silencers.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance.
