The JCR Titanium Non-Valved Superlight Race Exhaust System is built for drivers who want to get the most out of their 997 or 991 Porsche 911 GT3, GT3 RS, GT3 RS 4.0, GT3 Touring, or R. Crafted entirely from ultra-lightweight titanium, it’s designed to shed weight, free up power, and let the engine breathe the way it was meant to. Available in two versions, the Silenced option takes the edge off the volume without losing that unmistakable race-bred tone, while the Non-Silenced setup delivers an unfiltered, raw sound that’s pure motorsport. Whichever you choose, you’ll get sharper throttle response, reduced back pressure, and a more exhilarating drive every time you get behind the wheel.

Light Weight

Due to its lightweight, 100% titanium construction, the JCR Titanium Superlight Silenced Race Exhaust System delivers some of the most significant weight savings of any exhaust available for this platform. Reducing weight is always beneficial, but shedding mass rearward of the 911’s rear axle brings substantial improvements to handling balance as well — making this a true win-win modification. The system saves over 23kg from the rear, with the new Titanium Superlight Silenced Race Exhaust System weighing over 21% less than the outgoing Titanium Silenced Race Exhaust System, and the Non-Silenced option coming in at over 23% lighter.

The Design

Through extensive testing and development, JCR has refined key aspects of the exhaust system’s design to precisely tune and enhance both tone and performance. Featuring 70mm pipework, the system is engineered to achieve target back pressure levels that preserve low-end torque while allowing the engine to breathe freely to its 9000rpm redline in certain applications. The system merges gases at a critical point to create a scavenging effect, reduce unwanted drone frequencies, and route flow through twin 70mm outlets with a factory-style 3-bolt flange, enabling use of OEM tips or aftermarket options utilizing the same flange design.

Modular

The JCR Titanium Superlight Race Exhaust System is designed for modularity, allowing quick and easy interchange between Silenced and Non-Silenced sections. This flexibility enables drivers to quiet the system when needed or open it up for unrestricted sound during non-silenced track events.

Performance Increase

Every component in the JCR Titanium Exhaust line is engineered to deliver gains in horsepower and torque, with results varying depending on the specific configuration. In testing with OEM headers, the JCR Titanium Superlight Silenced Race Pipe achieved peak increases of 10-15bhp and 10-12ft-lbs of torque, with minimal to no loss of low-end torque compared to the OEM header-back system.

RSR Sound

For those familiar with the sound of the 2018 GTE 911 RSR, few would argue there is a better-sounding race car. JCR believes the Titanium Superlight Race Exhaust System captures that same exhilarating tone — an experience that truly must be heard to be believed.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest.
