Combining the Endless Racing 4 with 6POT and 6POT Wagon front caliper systems yields an ideal brake balance. This setup is composed of lightweight, heatresistant forged aluminum for the main caliper body, making it a reliable choice for circuit racing.

Blue Anodized Finish

  • When aluminum in its natural state comes into contact with oxygen from the atmosphere, a strong covering forms on its surface and further damage is deterred. This is known as oxidation, and is similar to corrosion. Anodizing takes advantage of this natural process and further enhances it so that an incredibly solid protective coating of aluminum oxide is created. This gives the result of a finish that is much more suitable for tracks. Anodizing produces a uniform surface that is more resistant to scratching than paint or powder coat.

“E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect

  • The two components that make the ESlit Rotor so impressive are the long slit that brings about gentle curves and the E slit that sits above it. Through the doubleshading effect that the long slit delicately shapes the pad and the E slit adds extra braking power, the pad is kept in its ideal condition. When the long slit on the rotor side is no longer present and the letter E can be seen, it is an indication that the rotor is in need of replacing.
  • It is recommended to change the brake rotor at least every two years, even if it appears to be in good condition, as rust, corrosion, and other effects of aging can weaken it over time.

How to Bed

  • When starting up a new item in a circuit, make sure to warm the rotor up to a temperature between 400500° C, and avoid any extreme deceleration. Once that is finished, you can then include the atari and let the rotor cool down to a temperature of 100° C or lower, finishing the process.

E-Slit Rotors

  • The ESlit rotor has been designed with the user in mind, featuring a long curved slit paired with four smaller ESlits to provide a silky smooth shave. Special Heat Treatment Process

  • When a rotor is used heavily over a long period of time, its surface may expand and contract as a result of heat accumulation, which may cause small cracks (heat cracks). To prevent this, a pretreatment to reinforce the rotor components was conducted to minimize the risk of heat cracks when driving at high speeds. As a consequence, the expected life of the rotor has extended, allowing for greater peace of mind when using it for an extended period of time.
