  • When aluminum is in contact with oxygen from the air, it begins to form a coating to protect its outer layer. This is called oxidation, which is similar to corrosion. Anodizing takes this process and intensifies it, creating a thicker, stronger layer of aluminum oxide on its surface. “E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect

How to Bed

  • Before adding a new component to the circuit, it is important to heat the rotor to a temperature between 400500° C to ensure that it does not decrease speed abruptly. Once the rotor has sufficiently heated, the component can be inserted, and the rotor should be cooled to a temperature of 100° C or lower in order to complete the process.

Special Heat Treatment Process
