The comprehensive Capristo high-performance system is designed for an equilibrium in power enhancement, drivability, and sound quality, all while significantly reducing weight. The system ensures a dual-experience: a vigorous exhaust roar during acceleration and a quieter note for urban cruising. Dyno testing confirmed an enhancement of over 25 HP with this system.

Valve Operation

• The system’s adaptability stems from vacuum-controlled valve flaps, which adjust in response to driving conditions and driver input. At more moderate engine speeds or while cruising, these valves remain shut, exuding a richer exhaust resonance. However, when the throttle is fully engaged, the valves unseal, unleashing the engine’s full acoustic potential.

Engineering

• All Capristo Exhaust assemblies are shaped and perfected using innovative tools like 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Creation, Digital simulation, and CNC techniques at their German establishment. Constructed from elite T309 (1.4828) Stainless Steel, each system gleams with a hand-polished mirror shine. After rigorous evaluation, this specific alloy was selected for its acoustic vibrancy, lightweight nature, and robustness—mirroring the attributes of F1’s Inconel.

Performance Headers

• These manifolds feature a unique design and adjusted pipe pathways compared to conventional manifolds, ensuring optimal exhaust flow.

CES-3 Control Module

• The backpressure-controlled exhaust valves are able to be customized by the user via the included CES-3 Control Module. This programmable control unit comes with three operating modes that can be navigated through a remote key fob.
  • Cruise: Exhaust valves open at higher RPMs
  • Sport: Exhaust valves open at lower RPMs and hard acceleration
  • Open: Exhaust Valves Remain Open
• The Cruise and Sport modes on the car can be individually tailored to allow specific backpressure margins, determining when the exhaust valves will be triggered. This offers meticulous control over the exhaust based on personal preferences and resilience of the driver
