High-Precision Machining with Performance as the Top Priority

• Aragosta places great emphasis on the processing accuracy of the cylinder. With utmost precision, they achieve a surface roughness of 0.2 microns and 2 /10000mm for both aluminum and steel cylinders. Additionally, the advanced honing treatment enhances surface accuracy and roundness inside the cylinder to specified values. Superior Finishing Technology

• The steel cylinder / outer case undergoes cationic electrodeposition coating, considered the best for rust prevention, impact resistance, and durability. This coating method ensures uniform electrodeposition, reaching every corner of the thread for maximum coverage and extended lifespan.

• All Aragosta dampers come equipped with rana springs as a standard feature. Rana springs embody the ideal of a series-wound spring, ensuring not only high quality and durability but also contributing significantly to maximizing damper performance.

High Hardness, High Efficiency WPC Processing

• The inverted cartridge cylinder utilizes precision shot peening (WPC processing), the best technology for modifying metal surfaces. This reduces the wear coefficient and improves oil film retention in cylinders with high sway resistance.
